Insufficient heat exchange capacity of a crude benzene in a coking plant leads to low oil-rich temperature at the inlet of the tubular furnace,high temperature of superheated steam,low efficiency of process operation and low yield of crude benzene.The spiral plate heat exchanger of the crude benzene in section one was technically modified,and the heat exchange area of the oil-gas heat exchanger and the lean-rich oil heat exchanger was optimized by ASPEN simulation software,as well as the rich oil pump was changed to a bigger one with large flow.After the implementation of the technical transformation plan,the temperature of the benzole scrubber rich oil increased by 21.3 °C,and the temperature of the superheated steam was lowered,achieving the expected design goal.The problem of over-pressure operation of the benzole scrubber was solved,and the efficiency of debenzolization was further improved,and the amount of benzene contained in lean oil was reduced to 0.23%.After the reform,the crude benzene recovery rate increased by 2.1 percentage points,and the crude benzene production increased and steam and coal gas consumption were saved.At the same time,it can create economic benefits of 5,170,700 yuan.Through the transformation of the crude benzene regenerator pipeline in section two,the lean oil is pumped into the regenerator,which realizes continuous and stable lean oil regeneration,and reduces accidents such as flooding towers and oil washing.Through the technical transformation of the slagging method of the regenerator,in the form of dehumidification slag,the operation of the dry slag is optimized,and the consumption of washing oil is reduced,and the quality is improved.All in all the annual cost can be saved by about 1.72 million yuan.To design and optimize the control system of the crude benzene section can realize the automatic control of the crude benzene field device and the interlocking protection among the equipment,which meets the requirements of the automatic operation of the crude benzene process.Through the design,application and improvement of the VOC tail gas recovery system of the crude benzene section,not only the crude benzene section discharge gas is recovered,but also the on-site operating environment is improved.The clean production of the crude benzene section is realized.Figure12;Table26;Reference 47...
