This paper aims to John through the company’s one million tons of coking coketransformation project contains benzene recovery process for the design, calculation. Theprocess is characterized by: wash oil with less steam consumption is low, benzol recoveryhigher, the absorption rate of up to94.2%.In terms of equipment selection, through the relevant material balance, heat balance,better heat transfer efficiency is selected cross-tube heat exchangers, Sec end cooler; highabsorption efficiency, durable corrugated stainless steel plates washing benzene tower packing;benzene and high recovery, low consumption of steam heated tube furnace oil-rich washingbenzene tower; especially washing benzene tower trays-new vertical sieve, it is a high masstransfer efficiency, treatment capacity, the overall performance of the most superior tray.Through the design and calculation, I used to draw a flow chart of CAD and equipmentlayout (A1each two editions), the drawing can be used as construction plans. Paper alsocorrosion insulation equipment necessary installation instructions for the operation of theresilient means analyzed and calculated, the results can be used as a reference for constructionand operation of the device.
