Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Bird-Watching Island In Qionghai National Wetland Park Based On AHP And SD

Urban wetland park is built in the city for recreation and ecological functions.According to the preliminary understanding,the overall quality of most urban wetland parks declines due to the interference of different factors in the planning,design and construction,and the operation status of many completed urban wetland parks is not optimistic after they are put into use.Therefore,it is very important and necessary to improve the quality of urban wetland park,balance the relationship between natural resource protection and development and construction,provide effective methods and tools for the objective evaluation of the situation of urban wetland park after it is put into use,and put forward scientific and targeted suggestions and strategies for the problem.Xichang Qionghai National Wetland Park has been put into use for several years,the first phase of this Wetland Park called bird-watching island is in the core area of rational utilization of the landscape,but its popularity,reputation,and quality declining,operational efficiency,so this article select bird-watching island as the research object,research results in order to find the problems existing in the scenic area through objective evaluation and then change the status quo,at the same time,provide new ideas to the urban wetland park after use condition and operation management.In this paper,the indicators of the evaluation were selected and determined by referring to literature,consulting experts and combining basic data obtained through field research.The importance and satisfaction data are obtained by quantitative and qualitative methods.At last,putting the data of two dimensions into the quartile model to find the existing problems of bird-watching island and put forward management Suggestions.Through the research,the following main conclusions can be drawn:(1)An objective and effective post-use evaluation model of bird island scenic spot was constructed based on theoretical research.According to the literature review results and the opinions of experts and scholars,and combined with the field survey results,the evaluation model was determined to include 1 target layer and 4 tcriteria layer,8 sub-criteria layer and 30 index factors.(2)AHP weight calculation shows that the important results are as follows: in the four criteria layers,the functional environment is 0.45,the landscape environment is 0.31,the > management and maintenance is 0.17,and the cultural connotation is 0.08.In the 8 sub-criteria layer,ecological function 0.38 natural landscape resource 0.23 supporting facilities management 0.09 security guarantee 0.08> cultural landscape resource 0.07 recreation function 0.06-characteristic cultural demand 0.04> wetland brand value 0.03;Among the 30 index factors,the index factors with more than 0.10 in importance include wetland water quality 0.109 and wetland air quality 0.108,a total of 2,and the index factors with less than 0.05-0.10 in importance include plant landscape 0.099,water morphology 0.074,etc.A total of 22 index factors were included in the interval from 0.01 to 0.05.The index factors lower than 0.01 included visitor participation rate of 0.008 and supporting consumption level of the park of 0.005.(3)The analysis results of the four-diagram model show that the overall situation of the current bird island scenic spot is good,and some problems still exist.The satisfaction degree and importance of the 30 index factors were used as the horizontal and vertical coordinates to establish the mathematical model,which was divided into four areas: advantage area,repair area,opportunity area and maintenance area.The results of the index division of guanwu island scenic spot are as follows: the dominant area includes 11 indicators such as scientific research and popular science education,the overall layout of the park,0 indicators in the repair area,6 indicators such as the type of recreational activities and infrastructure improvement fall in the opportunity area,and 13 indicators such as the richness of biological species and piers square landscape fall in the maintenance area.(4)The zoning results show that there are four main problems after the use of bird watching island scenic spot:(1)This area has a weak recreation function,and the lack of recreational activities leads to a low participation rate of tourists;(2)Human resources landscape to be strengthened,the park structure function is not complete,infrastructure to be improved;(3)Insufficient supporting management and excessively high pricing of park supporting services;(4)Bird island scenic spot unique value point publicity is not enough,and so on four problems.(5)Put forward five Suggestions to solve the above problems:(1)Balance the relationship between natural resource protection and wetland development and construction,increase recreation types,enhance site diversity,and enhance spatial participation;(2)On the premise of protecting the wetland ecological environment,strengthen the infrastructure construction in the park and pay attention to the humanized design of the park;(3)Appropriately reduce the ticket pricing and supporting services within the park;(4)Explore the unique value of bird watching island,enhance the scenic area characteristics of the dissemination of strength;(5)Optimize the service management level of bird watching island.
