The piezoelectric laminated plates with honeycomb core has not only the piezoelectric property of piezoelectric materials but heat and shock insulating property of honeycomb core as well.In this paper,the delaminated buckling near the surface of laminated plates under electric and thermal loads are investigated.The shape of local delamination is assumed to be ellipse,rectangle or triangle.A mechanical model of piezoelectric laminated plate with honeycomb core is established based on the theory of composite laminated plate.The calculation formula of the total potential energy and the local buckling equation were derived by using the energy methods,then derive the analytical solution of critical temperature and critical strain under different condition.Then calculate the analytical solution of buckling critical temperature variation fixed boundary and the solution of buckling critical strain with free boundary and uniaxial tension and compression loads.Analyzing the effects of the parameters of geometry and physics,temperature change,electric loading on the local buckling critical strain.Forecasting the possible expanding direction of the delamination by calculating the driving force.
