Rubber,as the raw material of industrial equipment and household goods,plays an important role in industrial production,health care and daily life,and is also of great significance to the development of national economy.According to the national rubber tapping standard and the requirements of rubber tree cutting,a kind of automatic rubber tapping machine,which is fast,simple and can replace manual,has been developed in this paper,and the copying driving mechanism of spiral cutting track and flexible guide cutting has been adopted.This paper is of great significance to improve the efficiency of tapping,reduce labor costs and increase profits,thus promoting the transformation of tapping from labor-intensive to technology-intensive.The main contents of this research are as follows:Firstly,the diameter of rubber trunk in the range of 200mm~300mm was selected as the research object.The growth characteristics of rubber tree were analyzed and the surface characteristics of rubber tree were collected.By using the methods of data statistical analysis,the fitting line range is found out,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent design of a positioning mechanism which can be installed quickly and stably in the tapping area of the tree.Secondly,the mechanical sensor is used to collect the tapping force of different skin consumption under the artificial traditional rubber cutter,to determine the driving force used in the rubber cutting movement,and to realize the effective rubber cutting movement mode combined with the standard line of manual cutting.The radial geometry in the rubber tapping area of the tree is used as the contour model to realize the contour movement of the rubber tapping track line.It has good flexibility adjustment ability for the radial limit of the cutting rubber cutting and the control of the skin consumption thickness.and effectively realizes the cutting requirement of cutting the blade,thus protecting the structure of the trunk layer.It also effectively realizes the cutting requirements of blade,thus protecting the trunk layer tissue.Thirdly,based on CATIA,ADMAS,ANSYS and other software design platform,the three-dimensional modeling design,key structure mechanics analysis and motion simulation analysis of the cutting mechanism are completed,which improves the performance of the related mechanism of the tapping machine and improves the driving mode of the cutting mechanism.The hardware circuit and control program design of the control system of the tapping machine are completed.Fourthly,the cutting spiral motion of rubber cutting machine is analyzed and the influence mechanism is studied.Through the movement of rubber cutting and copying,the characteristics of rubber cutting surface and the shape of rubber skin are analyzed,as well as the characteristics of different cutting speed and cutting surface,so as to verify the rationality of the system design of the rubber tapping machine.
