With the continuous development of China's refined oil market,the demand for refined oil in the society is increasing.Refined oil distribution enterprise faces the current situation of increasing distribution costs,low distribution efficiency,and urgent improvement of distribution models.It is necessary to design scientific and rational distribution methods,to assist the dispatcher in the scheduling of the vehicle routing.As a typical refined oil distribution enterprise,S company has the software and hardware foundation to support refined oil distribution,such as distribution vehicles,dispatchers and information systems.But it is an urgent problem for S Company to properly design the vehicle distribution route to further improve the efficiency and quality of the dispatcher's work,and ultimately enhance the company's competitiveness.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the current domestic and international status of vehicle routing problems,algorithms and refined oil distribution route optimization problems.Then the paper analyzes the distribution status and problems of China's refined oil distribution industry and S company.Based on the S company's actual status,the paper designed an optimizing model of refined oil distribution route with single distribution center and multi-vehicle.The optimization goal is minimum the delivery distance.Then the paper designed a multi-vehicle selection strategy and genetic algorithm for solving the model.The optimization data analysis shows that after using the model,S company's delivery distance,vehicle load rate and the number of delivery vehicles have been optimized,which verifies the validity of the model and proves that the model can assist the dispatcher.In the end,the paper further analyzes the problems that can be further improved.And looks forward to the future,hoping to provide reference for the latecomers.
