The rapid development of urbanization and the lag of infrastructure planning of form a complete set do not match,causing disasters and the growing urban water environment pollution,severely restricts the development of urban human environment,this research aims to through the demonstration area of jinan LiuHang area,explore the use of mathematical model set up framework of urban water environment monitoring and early warning system,realize the early warning and forecasting of urban water environment.The"time-area model"of MIKE URBAN runoff module was adopted as the rainfall runoff model to establish the hydrodynamic model of one-dimensional unsteady flow of pipe network system in liuhang district.After calibration,the model was applied to the prediction of actual rainfall road water accumulation.Two hydrodynamic and water quality models built by MIKE11 HD and AD modules were used to simulate the comprehensive influence of rainfall runoff and sudden pollution events on water quantity,water level and water quality of urban river bodies.After calibration,the model is applied to the analysis and prediction of the water quality and water level of heavy rainfall and the prediction of the water quality change of sudden pollution events in the river,and the comparison with the measured data can effectively guide the water environment management of the river.WEST module was used to construct effluent quality impact model of sewage treatment plant.Build A~2O process flow,establish model and check according to daily operation data.It is used to simulate and analyze the change of the operation index of wastewater treatment plant.At the same time,the urban water environment risk identification and grading scheme was established to classify different risk levels and set corresponding thresholds for different impact factors(single factor or multiple factor conditions).Through the"dynamic risk map of urban water environment",the water environment monitoring system judges the risk level of pollution events and achieves the early warning,prediction and grade evaluation.Through the field verification of three urban water environment monitoring and early warning models,this project establishes the index system of water environment quality evaluation,constructs the early warning and decision support platform of urban water system and facilities,has the early warning and prediction ability of urban water environment risk,and provides effective technical support for urban water environment management.
