Honeycomb structural panels have many advantages,such as high specific strength,light weight,heat insulation and isolation,good insulation,and so on.They have important applications in aerospace field.The cutting and processing of foam rubber is one of the main processes in the manufacture of aerospace honeycomb structural plate.At present,it still relies mainly on manual operation,which can not meet the requirements of processing accuracy and production efficiency.It is urgent to develop automatic equipment.Aiming at this problem,a set of automatic cutting equipment for foam rubber of honeycomb structural board was developed.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)The overall scheme design of foam rubber cutting equipment was carried out.The detailed design index and operation flow of the equipment were determined.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the process of foam cutting for honeycomb structural board,combined with the performance test of foam,the key technology of low temperature and ultrasonic composite cutting was put forward.The overall function and system composition of the equipment were determined,and the functions of each subsystem were designed.(2)According to the modular design idea,equipment subsystems such as frame,moving parts,ultrasonic cutting parts,refrigeration parts and auxiliary parts are designed in detail.Firstly,the frame structure of the equipment is designed.The frame is cuboid structure,which is made of aluminium alloy and structural steel.It has large internal space.The precision isolation platform is selected to install moving parts to ensure the installation accuracy of moving parts.The feeding structure,pallet fixture and glue pressing structure are designed.Then the technical selection of the moving parts is carried out.The gantry space threecoordinate structure is adopted,which consists of X-axis,Y-axis,Z-axis and A-axis.The X-axis and Y-axis realize two-dimensional interpolation movement.Cutting tools are installed on Zaxis and glue-pressing structure is installed on A-axis.All axes are driven by ball screw,and the motion accuracy is better than 0?,which meets the cutting accuracy requirement of foam rubber.Then,the ultrasonic cutting tool is selected technically,and the installation structure of the ultrasonic cutting tool parts is designed according to the rubber cutting process.Finally,the cooling parameters of the equipment are calculated and the refrigeration system is designed.The system keeps the temperature of the processing area inside the equipment at-5 ?,which reduces the viscosity of the foam and facilitates the processing.In the design process of the above parts,the finite element technology is used to carry out static analysis of key components to ensure structural safety.(3)According to the requirement of equipment control,the control scheme design and test of the motion control system and the refrigeration system are completed respectively.The motion control system adopts the upper computer-motion controller mode,and the upper computer uses industrial numerical control software to support the functions of CAD graphics import and automatic G code generation,which can meet the requirements of different specifications of rubber strip cutting.The refrigeration system adopts the control mode of PLC and frequency converter,and uses the PID arithmetic module built in PLC,which can meet the refrigeration requirement of equipment.Select all kinds of sensors used in the equipment,design the power supply circuit of the whole equipment and the control circuit of each component.Aiming at the installation requirements of electrical components,design two-sided control cabinet to install the electrical components of motion control system and refrigeration system respectively.The mechanical structure and electrical system of the equipment were assembled and debugged,and the precision of the motion system and the cooling effect of the refrigeration system were tested respectively.The results show that each part of the equipment meets the design requirements and has the conditions to carry out production testing.
