Platycodon grandiflorum is the dried root of platycodon grandiflorum,With cough,expectorant and other effects.The processing of platycodon grandiflorum was first seen in the jin dynasty.Ge hong foil,kraft paper as small packaging materials of platycodon grandiflorum yinpian,2015 edition of"pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China"platycodon grandiflorum under regulation,gave birth to the clinical dosage of platycodon grandiflorum slices for 39 g,considering the single Chinese medicine use frequency and different prescription dose,simulate commercial packaging,3 g for each bag,polyethylene plastic vacuum,polyethylene plastic were used respectively to the vacuum,vacuum aluminum foil,aluminum foil non vacuum,kraft paper bags,with high temperature sealing machine sealing grandiflorum slices were packed and stored at low temperature and room temperature,and the results showed that the quality of raw radix platycodon grandiflorum slices stored in a cool and dry place with ventilation was better.After a comprehensive investigation of the actual production cost,it is preliminarily concluded that the non-vacuum room temperature polyethylene is more feasible for the future packaging and storage of radix platycodonis.The results showed that the quality of honeyed radix platycodon grandiflorum slices packed with polyethylene and aluminum foil was better.After a comprehensive investigation of the actual production cost,it is preliminarily concluded that the non-vacuum room temperature of aluminum foil is more feasible for the future packaging and storage of honeyed radix platycodonis slices.3 Study on quality standard of radix platycodonis slicesThe proposed quality standard for raw platycodon grandiflorum decoction pieces is:the water content shall not exceed 12.0%;Ash content shall not exceed 5.0%;The extract shall not be less than 36.0%;The total saponin index shall not be less than3.6%;Content of effective components of platycodon grandiflorum:the content of saponin D in platycodon grandiflorum shall not be less than 0.10%.The quality standard of honeyed brocade platycodon platycodon slices is drawn up as follows:the water content shall not exceed 12.0%;Ash content shall not exceed5.0%;The extract shall not be less than 43.0%;The total saponin index shall not be less than 5.4%;Content of effective components of platycodon grandiflorum:the content of saponin D in platycodon grandiflorum shall not be less than 0.10%.4 Study on commodity grade of radix platycodonis slicesThe commercial grade standards for the prepared slices of platycodon grandiflorum are as follows:the first grade products are wood yellow and white,skin light yellow and white,cambium ring is obvious,tan or tan,massive?7-10.1mm?or thick?2-7mm?,the content of alcohol extract is not less than 44.16%,the content of total saponin is not less than 4.02%,and the content of saponin D is not less than0.127%.The second grade products are dark yellow or yellowish brown in wood,white in skin,obvious or not obvious ring lines in cambium,light yellow brown or brown,massive?7-10.3mm?or thick?2-6mm?alcohol extract content not less than 38.75%,total saponin content not less than 2.58,saponin D content not less than 0.126%.The third grade products are light yellow-white or light yellow-brown in wood,white in leather,obvious rings in cambium,light yellow-brown or tan,thin?1-3mm?,oblique or massive?7-11mm?,alcohol extract content not less than 37.03%,total saponin content not less than 2.02%,saponin D content not less than 0.112%.The commercial grade standards for processed radix platycodonis slices prepared with honey were as follows:first grade,brown-burnt,lump-shaped?5.0-8.0mm?or thick slices?2.1-5.0mm?,the content of alcohol extract was not less than 55.25%,the content of total saponins was not less than 7.83%,and the content of saponins D was not less than 0.148%.The second grade products are of burnt yellow,light burnt yellow or yellow,blocky?5.0-10.0mm?,thick?2.0-5.0mm?,thin?0.5-3.5mm?or slanted?1.2-3.0mm?.The content of alcohol extract is not less than 46.81%,the content of total saponin is not less than 1.66%,and the content of saponin D is not less than 0.105%.The third grade products are light yellow or light yellowish-brown,the content of alcohol extract in thin slices?1.2-3.5mm?,thick slices?2.0-3.1mm?,slanted slices?2.0-3.5mm?or lumps?8.0-10.0mm?is not less than 45.81%,the content of total saponins is not less than 3.44%,and the content of saponins D is not less than0.100%.
