As the main mechanical equipment for safe and efficient production in modern mine,shearer plays an important role in coal development,and rocker arm is an important part of shearer.Especially in recent years,the development demand is developing towards high production and high efficiency.There are more and more medium-thick coal cutters with large installed power density.The power of rocker arm is also increasing,and its working condition is getting worse and worse.Therefore,the design and research of rocker arm of high-power cutter in medium-thick seam is of great significance for high production and high efficiency coal mining.In this paper,the rocker arm of high-power cutter in medium and thick coal seam is the main research content and the following aspects are studied:The requirements and characteristics of traditional shearers are expounded,and according to the problems of MG650/1620-WD cutters such as serious shortage of cutting power and traction power and high failure rate of equipment,the design requirements and target parameters of high-power shearers in medium and thick seams are determined,and the components and overall structure of coal cutters are designed accordingly.The functions and characteristics of traditional rocker arm are described.According to the performance requirements of rocker arm of high-power Shearer in medium and thick coal seam,the design of rocker gear transmission system and related transmission components is carried out,the structure of transmission system is determined and the transmission ratio is distributed.At the same time,the performance of transmission system is simulated by ADAMS analysis software,and the output speed of deceleration system at all levels is determined.The manufacturing technology of rocker arm shell is studied.Aiming at developing high strength rocker arm shell,the comprehensive mechanical properties of rocker arm shell material are effectively improved by fine-tuning alloy elements and adopting appropriate heat treatment process.A reasonable casting process is formulated,and the casting process is simulated by ProCAST software.The effectiveness of the manufacturing process of rocker arm shell is verified by experiments.Taking the strength of the rocker arm shell as the research object,a three-dimensional model of the rocker arm shell is established,and its simplified stress analysis is carried out.The stress and deformation distribution of the rocker arm shell under the maximum stress condition is analyzed by finite element static simulation,and the power flow of the rocker arm is analyzed by harmonic response analysis.There are 58 figures,18 tables and 84 references in this thesis...
