| The mechanization and automation level of fully mechanized excavation face is low,and there are a large number of manual handling operations.Musculoskeletal disorders caused by manual materials handling has increasingly serious impact on underground workers,not only threatening their health but also seriously affecting their working efficiency.The MSDs are found by designing questionnaires related to musculoskeletal disorders in the handling operations.The occupational factors which lead to MSDs in the handling operation can be identified,further analyze the impact of factors and put forward suggestions for improvement.It is of great significance to reduce the risk of personnel injury and prevent the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders in coal mine safety production.The research contents include:(1)Study on material handling in fully mechanized excavation face.Through the analysis of man-machine-system and working process of fully mechanized excavation face,combine with on-site observation,the materials needed for handling operation in fully mechanized excavation face is determined.Considering the three attributes of size,weight and coupling state,materials are classified into three categories.(2)Questionnaire analysis of MSDs in handling operations of mechanized excavation face.Through the questionnaire survey of musculoskeletal disorders in the handling operations,the results show that the high prevalence of MSDs is in the waist,shoulder and knee,and the highest prevalence is in the waist 64.84%.Taking the prevalence of waist as dependent variable and occupational risk factors as independent variable,Logistic regression is used to do single factor analysis,it is concluded that the six most influential factors on the prevalence of waist are: frequently lifting weights more than 20 kg;lifting methods;lifting vertical distance;difficult to grasp materials;handling materials away from the body and inappropriate handling posture when handling materials.(3)The simulation of handling operation in fully mechanized excavation face.JACK as a human factors engineering analysis software is used to establish material entity models and different simulation environments for six risk factors.Lower back analysis,NIOSH analysis and OWAS analysis are used to analysis the impact of risk factor on wasit MSDs,and recommendations for improvement are put forward according to the simulation results.There are 43 figures,35 tables and 83 references in this thesis. |
