In fully mechanized excavation surface,porters need to frequently carry materials and equipment during the production process.Due to various risk factors,the porter suffers from different parts and different degrees of MSDs,which is not conducive to the porter's physical and mental health and normal operation of the operating system.By studying the fully mechanized excavation face in the complex man-machine environment system,conduct ergonomics assessment of human factors,put forward reasonable improvement and protection suggestions.It is beneficial to standardize handling work,reduce or even avoid handling MSDs,ensure the physical and mental health of porters and improve work efficiency.Research results as follow:(1)Research on the characteristics of handling operation in fully mechanized excavation face.Analyze the structure of the man-machine-environment system of fully mechanized excavation face,identify the materials and tools that need manual handling,introduce their use,specifications and actual requirements,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the auxiliary transportation method of fully mechanized excavation face.(2)The design of the simulation schemes for the handling operation of fully mechanized excavation face.Use CATIA simulation software to build tool models of some materials that need transporting,simulate the working environment,and import the established solid models and environment model into the JACK simulation software.According to the risk factors that affect the damage of the handling operation,the lifting posture,the handling method,the handling distance and the roadway inclination simulation schemes are designed from both the human and the environment.(3)Damage assessment of handling operations in fully mechanized excavation face.Using lower back analysis,static strength prediction,NIOSH analysis,and metabolic analysis tools for injury assessment,the conclusion is that when lifting materials and tools,using back lifts or half squats can effectively reduce the risk of LBP.When handling materials,two-person back lifts can be used;when the width of the roadway is large enough and there is no collision and friction with other facilities and equipment,symmetrical handling with both hands can reduce the risk of upper limb MSDs;the horizontal distance between the object and the porter's body during handling is based on the size of the material tool.It is determined that the rod is0cm?10cm,the anchor bolt drill,the pneumatic bolt drill 10cm?20cm;the initial position of the material tool is about 80 cm,the vertical distance of the lifting is20cm?40cm,and the handling distance is about 100m?300m,which can reduce damage risk.The batch of materials handled by the porter at one time should be 3anchor rods and 4 coal drill rods;when the inclination angle of the coal seam is less than 25°,the number can be increased by 1?2,and the total weight should be controlled within 30kg?40kg.When it more than 25°,the total weight should be controlled within 15kg?20kg.The paper has 84 pictures,21 tables,and 73 references.
