The shearer is one of the main equipments for the “three-machine matching” of the fully mechanized mining face.The cutting drive system is the main working mechanism of the shearer.The working environment is complex and the load changes unevenly.The fluctuation and impact are large.Overloading is easy during the process,which destabilizes the smoothness and accuracy of the operation.This paper proposes a new type of permanent magnet semi-direct drive shearer cutting drive system,which removes the planetary gear reduction mechanism with high failure rate in the traditional structure,reduces the transmission link of the system and reduces the failure rate of the system.In this context,this paper studies the load characteristics and simulation methods of shearer cutting drive system in the form of low-speed and high-torque permanent magnet motor drive.The main research contents include:(1)Research on load characteristics of shearer permanent magnet semi-direct drive cutting transmission system.The dynamic model of permanent magnet semi-direct drive cutting transmission system is established.The dynamic load of the spiral drum is numerically simulated by the load characteristics of the spiral drum.The speed characteristics of the load on the drum are studied.The meshing force under stable working conditions and sudden working conditions is analyzed,and the load characteristics are analyzed.(2)Research on simulation method of load characteristics of permanent magnet semi-direct drive system.The simulation principle of the load characteristics of the permanent magnet semi-direct drive system and the physical realization of the simulation system are described.The dynamic load simulation tracking method based on the equivalent scaling and forward model design is used to verify the effectiveness of the dynamic tracking method by using MATLAB/Simulink simulation.The delay path simulates the effects of the delay characteristics and compensates with Smith's predictive control.(3)Software design of host computer for load simulation system of permanent magnet semi-direct drive system.Based on the analysis of the test system integrated with LabVIEW and each bus,LabVIEW is used to design and develop a comprehensive monitoring and control software for dynamic load simulation system with modularity,intelligence,high integration and comprehensiveness.(4)Simulation experiment study on load characteristics of permanent magnet semi-direct drive system.From the experimental platform performance test,dynamic load simulation tracking algorithm verification,and working condition simulation,the correctness,practicability,effectiveness and superiority of the simulation method of the permanent magnet semi-direct drive system load characteristics are verified.
