| The complexity and the randomness of cutting force are determined by the structure andnature of the coal. To solve this problem and find the law of cutting coal,a simulationsoftware of the shearer drum load is developed.This paper mostly presents the principle of thesimulation software.the way of work and analysis of the simulation results.The maincontributions are as fellows:(1) Load signal is displayed and quantitative analyzed.The load in vane and plate aredisplayed and quantitative analyzed,respectively.(2) Spectrum analysis and wavelet analysis for load signal are carried out.The system interface is edited by matlabGUI it is convenient for operators.It can separatesthe data and program.It can constructes different types of shearer data and stores in thedatabase.After measuring a given data,the system can re-constructe the data for new shearer. Itprovide some reference for the design and development of the shearer.It has certain practicalvalue. |
