As the most important reinforcing agent in the rubber industry,carbon black can be used in various fields because it can impart excellent physical and mechanical properties,chemical resistance,heat resistance and good electrical conductivity to rubber.However,carbon black has a large specific surface area,high surface energy,and is easily agglomerated into large particles.The main part of the carbon black is strongly non-polar,and it is difficult to be stably dispersed in the natural latex system.The pyrolysis carbon black is thermally cracked as a rubber product such as a tire.The main by-products are lower in performance than ordinary commodity carbon black due to their low activity and high ash content.How to achieve good dispersion of cracked carbon black in latex,and play a role in cracking carbon black to reinforce latex is an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the classic formula of tread rubber is used to modify the surface of cracked carbon black by different surfactants.The best ratio of surfactant to cracked carbon black is studied.Different processes are used to treat the cracked carbon black/natural latex.Liquid,a variety of instruments to characterize the properties of cracked carbon black / natural latex wet compounding composites.The main tasks completed are as follows:1.The surface modification of the cracked carbon black by different surfactants showed that the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber were better than those of sodium stearate and lauryl when the sodium pyrosulfonate modified cracked carbon black was used.Modified with sodium benzenesulfonate,M300%/M100%elongation,tear strength and abrasion performance are improved,and cracked carbonblack has good dispersion.2.Dispersing the different ratios of surfactant and pyrolysis carbon black in the latex.When the ratio of sodium p-styrene sulfonate to pyrolysis carbon black is 1:6,the tensile strength and tear strength of the rubber compound are better than others.The ratio is increased to different extents,the DIN wear is reduced,and the disintegration of the cracked carbon black in the rubber is optimal.3.The cracked carbon black/natural latex mixture is treated by different processes.When the carbon black slurry is treated by the atomization drying process,the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber are better than the CaCl2 flocculation and acetic acid flocculation process,tensile strength,elongation at break and resilience.Improved,cracked carbon black has the best dispersibility.4.By comparing the properties of wet cracking carbon black,wet N234 carbon black and dry carbon black rubber,it is found that the tensile strength,tear strength and wear of wet carbon black rubber are better than dry method.Mixing rubber.In summary,the cracked carbon black/natural latex composite obtained by modifying the carbon black with sodium styrene sulfonate when the ratio is 1:6 and the carbon black/latex mixture is treated by the atomization drying process.The material has the best mechanical properties and the best dispersion of the filler.
