Natural rubber(NR)has a wide range of applications in industrial,agricultural,military and daily life due to its high tensile strength and high wear resistance.Because the molecular chain of natural rubber is small,it is difficult to combine with fillers or other polar rubbers.The epoxidation modification can introduce polar epoxy bonds into the natural rubber molecular chain,which can enhance the intermolecular force and increase the oil resistance and air tightness of natural rubber.In this paper,a series of epoxidized isoprene rubber(EIR)and epoxidized natural rubber(ENR)with different epoxidities were prepared by optimizing the epoxidation reaction.The Fourier infrared test and nuclear magnetic resonance test were used.The product was prepared for characterization analysis;based on the controllable preparation of ENR and EIR,the application research on EIR and ENR was carried out.The main contents are as follows:The epoxidation modification of isoprene rubber and natural latex with peroxyformic acid can oxidize the double bond on the molecular chain of isoprene rubber and natural latex to epoxy bond,at different reaction temperatures,ratios of substances,under the reaction time,different epoxidities EIR and ENR can be controlled.The products were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The epoxidized isoprene rubber with an epoxy degree of up to 35% and an epoxidized natural rubber with an epoxy degree of up to 47% were obtained.Finally,epoxidized isoprene rubber and epoxidized natural rubber with few side reactions and high degree of epoxidation were selected for application.Two kinds of isoprene rubbers were prepared by reacting an amine bond with an amine bond in EIR and introducing a small molecule auxiliary such as 1-aminoindole(pigment)and phenyl N-p-phenylenediamine(antioxidant).The base-resistant migration aid,because the auxiliary agent and the isoprene rubber are connected by a covalent bond,the small molecule auxiliary monomer is not easily precipitated and has migration resistance.The application of an isoprene-based migration-resistant auxiliary molecule to a natural rubber compound can improve the physical and mechanical properties and stability of the rubber compound.ENR contains both double bonds and polar epoxy bonds.The epoxy bond reacts with groups such as graphene,carboxyl groups on carbon nanotubes,hydroxyl groups,etc.,and can act as an interface modifier to promote rubber.The compatibility with the organic filler,thereby promoting the uniform dispersion of the nano material in the natural rubber,improving the phenomenon that the nano material is easily agglomerated in the natural rubber,thereby improving the tensile strength,tear strength and aging resistance of the natural rubber.Performance,while compression fatigue increases heat.
