Study On The Green Synthesis Of N-substituted Isoindolines And Isoindolinones Based On Multi-component One-pot Method

N-acyl steroids and isoindolines?ketones?are very important nitrogen-containing structural units,both of which have high pharmaceutically active and biological activities.N-acyl hydrazines and isoporphyrin?ketone?compounds are widely used in medicine,pesticides,industry and other fields,and their preparation methods are hot topics in the field of synthesis.Therefore,in this paper,a series of such compounds with N-acyl hydrazine/isoindolone as a skeleton are realized by easy-to-use,inexpensive starting materials,green solvents and high-efficiency catalysts.Most of the synthesized compounds can be As a key precursor to some of the drugs that have already achieved industrial production.The first chapter introduces the progress of the synthesis of green,efficient and simple multi-component one-pot method.At the same time,the research prospects of isoindolinones and isoporphyrins and the progress of their synthesis studies are mainly introduced.The second chapter mainly introduces the use of ethanol as solvent,benzoquinone,water and hydrazine,aromatic aldehyde as raw material,and synthesizes N-Fangya through a high-efficiency,simple and economical multi-component one-pot method.A derivative of methyl-2-hydroxymethylbenzoyl hydrazide,a total of 13 target compounds.The structure of the N-arylmethylene-2-hydroxymethylbenzohydrazide compound was confirmed by a 1H NMR,13 C NMR,IR,X-ray single crystal.The third chapter mainly introduces a high-efficiency,simple and economical multi-component one-pot reaction method for the green synthesis of N-substituted isoindolinones and N-substituted isoporphyrin derivatives.The method uses ionic liquid catalyst 1L-c as a catalyst,water as solvent,ammonia water,methyl o-methylbenzoate,NBS,aryl ethyl ketone as raw materials,and N-substituted isotactics are synthesized by multi-component one-pot method.A derivative of a porphyrin ketone compound.At the same time,using the o-xylene bromide,aryl ethyl ketone,NBS,ammonia water as raw materials,a multi-component one-pot synthesis of N-substituted isoindoline derivatives,the yield is up to 60-87%.The above 28 compounds were confirmed to be N-substituted isoindoline compounds by ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,and IR.
