Citizen Participation In Environmental Protection In Kuerle Of Xinjiang

Citizen participation in environmental protection is the inner need of China to give priority to ecological development in the new era.As General Secretary Xi Jinping said,democracy is used to solve problem effectively.And public participation in the environment protection is a good way to realize democratic construction and ecological protection.Public participation in environmental protection,especially from the perspective of practice,can reasonably and effectively express people's real needs for living environment.The introduction part elaborates relevant theories and backgrounds through literature review.The first part is the basic introduction to the related concepts and theories.The second part studies the status quo of citizen participation in Korla.The third part analyzes the research data by consulting the literature of citizens' participation in environmental protection and organizing the data collected by the new liberated area in Korla.The forth part is the analysis of problems and restricting factors,through the analysis of the data found,find Korla exist in the citizen participation in environmental protection of citizens' participation in environmental protection complex diversity,blindness,disorder,insufficiency of citizen participation in depth,and many other problems,analysis from the economic level,education level,system,government sector governance concept four angles.The fifth part refers to the residents' participation in the project of model award hutong renovation in environmental protection in Beijing and the excellent water-saving propaganda and ideological education mode in preschool education in Zhejiang province,and obtains the new mode of citizens' participation in environmental protection,starting from small steps in propaganda and education,and changing the mode silently.The sixth part is to make suggestions;Korla government needs to do the following in promoting citizen participation in environmental protection,enhance citizens' subjective consciousness of protecting the environment,improve objective conditions and participation mechanism,integrate the interests of all parties and innovate managementideas.In conclusion,the civic participation in environmental protection in Korla should adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness and focus,universality and particularity.Under the guidance of marxism-leninism and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,the city should give full play to its urban characteristics and promote the concept of ecological priority and green life for the whole people.
