While mining production brings wealth to China's economic development, due to the complicated underground operations and numerous dust-producing factors, the underground environment is poor and the pollution is serious.Workers are prone to occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis.Dust is one of the most important and most common occupational hazards in workplaces. Therefore, the prevention and control of dust hazard has become the focus and hot spot of research. At present,Chinese scholars have done a lot of research on dust hazard and prevention, and proposed corresponding intervention measures for different industries. However, the current interventions for dust-collecting personnel are mostly limited to regular lectures and knowledge training, ignoring the differences in the level of acceptance of the miners themselves and the age, education level, etc.,so the regular intervention effect is limited. In view of this, this paper applies the cross-theoretical model to the intervention study of miners'dust prevention attitude and behavior for the first time.Through the comparative analysis with the conventional intervention group, the feasibility of the cross-theoretical model in the intervention of miners'dust prevention and control is discussed.Through a large number of domestic and foreign related literature, the dust prevention attitude and behavior scale were designed by ourselves. The feasibility of the scale was verified by pre-experiment and reliability and validity analysis.On-site investigation was conducted on five coal mines in Shaanxi with a final scale.A total of 700 scales were issued, and 659 copies were effectively collected. The data was collected and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software. The results showed age,Working age and education level are the relevant influencing factors affecting miners'dust prevention and control attitudes;age, working age,job type, employment nature and education level are the relevant influencing factors affecting miners'dust control behavior;after multiple linear regression analysis, age and education level are affecting miners The influencing factors of dust prevention attitude and behavior total score, and miners of different ages and different educational levels have great differences in the dust control behavior stage, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Based on the above studies,80 intervention samples were randomly divided into a trial group with cross-theoretical model intervention and a control group with routine intervention mode intervention. After a total of 3 interventions over 6 months, the results showed that the experimental group based on the cross-theoretical model intervention in the dust control attitude and behavior scores, dust behavior stage changes and dust behavior change indicators(decision balance, change procedures,self-efficacy)improved significantly higher than the conventional model intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therefore,the intervention model based on the cross-theoretical model can be used as a further study to explore deeper applications to improve the mine's own protection awareness and reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis.
