Development Of Black Pigment Of Water-based Marking Ink

In this paper,we developed a water-based water-based Marker ink with excellent performance from the formulation of resin,colorant,wetting agent,moisturizer,bactericide,defoamer and so on.Formulation optimization of black pigment type watermark ink.First,three kinds of color pastes were ground with a polymer dispersant,an anionic dispersant,and a nonionic dispersant,respectively.Preferred dispersant by analysis of color paste stability.Acrylic resins,driers,humectants,wetting agents are preferred by testing for ink adhesion,dryness,intermittent and surface tension properties.Finally,an aqueous Marking ink was developed using the preferred components,defoamer and bactericide.The ink has good drying properties,adhesion,and intermittent properties.Development of strong adhesion black pigment type watermark ink.First,a black carbon pigment type paste is ground with a dispersing agent,a wetting agent,and so on.The color mark ink is further developed by using the color paste and resin,adhesion promoter and other additives.Adhesion promoters were found to improve the adhesion of the ink.The mechanism of adhesion promoters to improve ink adhesion was discussed by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The reasons why different types of adhesion promoters have different effects have been studied.The effect of the content of the same adhesion promoter on the stability of the aqueous Marking ink was also analyzed.Finally,a Marking ink with excellent adhesion and stable performance was obtained.In summary,this paper uses resin,pigment type color paste,wetting agent,adhesion promoter and other additives to develop water-based marking ink.This method of development has certain academic and practical significance for the preparation of aqueous Marking inks.
