Research On The Network And Control System Of Die Casting Machine

In recent years,China,the United States,Germany,France and the United Kingdom have put forward the development strategy for the manufacturing.The level of China’s manufacturing industry is low,while the labor cost is high.So China’s die-casting industry has to improve the automation level.The current die-casting units are mostly independent,which is inconveniently monitored and managed.With the development of communication technology,the trend of realizing the network of field equipment is more and more obvious.In order to achieve the integration of die-casting plant,the paper analyzed and compared a variety of field bus,and ultimately adopted the PROFINET bus as the communication network of system.The workshop equipment and the control terminal were used as nodes in the PROFINET network.By setting the relevant parameters,the networking was realized.According to the structure and control requirements of the die-casting machine,Siemens PLC was selected as the controller of system,and the relevant hardware is selected and configured.The paper designed the locking,pressurizing,cooling and speed control program of die casting machine.In the paper,the system adopted the fuzzy control with high intelligence as the control algorithm,which can make transform operators’ experience into fuzzy control rules.In order to verify its validity,the paper used Matlab to verify it.The result showed that the fuzzy control can have a good control of the injection speed.Finally,the terminal interface of die casting machine was finished and debugged,which includes parameter setting interface,the temperature record,the remote diagnosis and the alarm function.
