With the rapid development of the oil industry,the construction scale of oil storage tanks has been continuously enlarged.In the past,the traditional manual cleaning mode has a long period of time,high risk and difficulty in on-site safety supervision,which has been difficult to meet the actual production requirements of oil fields.Therefore,over the past decade,Daqing oilfield co.,ltd.has introduced Japan's cow mechanical cleaning system and Denmark's BLABO mechanical cleaning system,greatly improving the production efficiency and economic efficiency of tank cleaning.However,there are still many risk factors in the process of mechanical cleaning.If the safety measures are not in place or if the work is done by accident,fire,explosion,poisoning,suffocation,oil leakage,environmental pollution and other safety accidents will occur.Therefore,risk management plays an important role in preventing various risks in the mechanical cleaning project of oil storage tanks.In this paper,through an introduction to the basic concepts and theories of risk management,combining Daqing oilfield Storage,transportation and sales.The practice of oil tank storage and transportation sales branch mechanical cleaning projects and the construction characteristics,respectively,using the method of flow chart and brainstorming for risk identification,through the analysis of oil tank storage and transportation sales branch in any of the mechanical cleaning project risk,it is concluded that their risks,there are four main security risks,risks of environmental pollution,technological risk,economic risk;Secondly,using the risk matrix method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify risks in risk assessment,to confirm the influence degree of the risk happened,thus put forward the safety risk,environment risk,technological risk,economic risk,and to establish a risk monitoring mechanism,the implementation of the risk monitoring and management,to promote the mechanical cleaning of project risk management research and development to provide practical reference and experience for reference.This paper provides substantial theoretical basis and practical basis for risk management of mechanical cleaning project.The risk response measuresproposed can effectively control the occurrence of safety accidents,thus reducing the occurrence of risks and improving economic benefits.
