With the intensification of market competition,enterprises have more and more aware deeply that market competition is the competition for customers.To achieve profitability,to maintain an advantage in the fierce market competition and long-term stable development,enterprises must attach importance to customer relationship.From focusing only on finding potential customers,not paying attention to maintaining existing customer relationship,to the increasing emphasis on the maintenance and management of existing customers.Nowadays,the first requirement of enterprise management is customer centricity.For the enterprises,the customers are the center of enterprise's operation,and the products and services created by enterprises should surround the customer.Whether in the process of finding new customers or maintaining existing customer relationships,customer relationship management in corporate marketing is receiving increasing attention.Customer relationship management has become an important part of corporate marketing.By establishing long-term customer relationships,we can stabilize customer demand and increase market share.At the same time formulate a set of management and development strategies suitable for the development of enterprises,actively cultivate good relationships with customers,and promote the stability and long-term development of enterprise management.This article starts from the theory of customer relationship management and takes Luanchuan Longyu Molybdenum Industry Co.,Ltd.as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the meaning and connotation of enterprise customer relationship management,and analyzes the research status of customer relationship management at home and abroad with the help of literature.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of the company,the current situation and existing problems of customer relationship management were analyzed with the help of relevant theories,and the cause analysis was carried out,finally,corresponding improvement measures were proposed.Specifically speaking,there are some problems in the company's customer relationship management,such as the company's backward business philosophy,inadequate classification management,and insufficient customer information sharing,which lead to the reduction of customer satisfaction and the loss of old customers.This article analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the customer relationship management of Luanchuan Longyu Molybdenum Industry Co.,Ltd.,puts forward feasible solutions,and hopes to provide reference for the customer relationship and marketing management of similar enterprises.
