In the field of well logging,AC power supply system,as the working power supply of downhole tools and the driving power supply of motors,is frequently used in the field of well logging,so the performance of AC power supply system plays a vital role.For a long time,every manufacturer has invested a lot in the research of power supply linearity and noise,but the research on control is very little.As a result,the simplified control of AC power supply system has not been improved and can not be in line with the international level.Firstly,two kinds of AC power supply systems which are widely used at present are analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed in detail.In order to improve the working environment of oil field and improve the simplified control level of AC power supply system in China,an AC power supply control system based on LPC1788 is designed.Secondly,aiming at the shortcomings of low precision and relatively troublesome operation of manual AC power supply system,a simple control AC power supply system based on LPC1788 is designed.Current Hall sensor,voltage Hall sensor,geophone circuit,stepper motor,serial display screen and rotary encoder are used to realize simple control of AC power supply system.The paper introduces the devices used in the design in detail,including transformer,voltage regulator,stepper motor,stepper motor driver,serial display screen,acquisition and control circuit,LPC1788 processor,rotary encoder and upper computer,and their selection.It also introduces stepper motor,stepper motor driver,serial display screen,rotary encoder,acquisition and so on.Control circuit and LPC1788 processor's index,principle and operation mode.And then about the development environment,program structure,main program,timer interrupt program,serial display screen sending program,rotary encoder detection processing program,stepping motor driver control program,AD acquisition program,motor adjustment program and network communication program of LPC1788,which focuses on motor adjustment program and network communication program,motor adjustment program is divided into three parts.The design and implementation of TCP/IP protocol stack are introduced in the network communication program for the calculation stage,the start stage,the coarse tuning stage,the fine tuning stage and the stop stage.At last,the system is debugged and tested.The test of charging accuracy and charging speed is carried out.The test data are within the design requirements,which further verifies the rationality of the design.The experimental results show that the AC power supply system designed in this paper based on LPC1788 realizes the simplified control of AC power supply,and also realizes the network communication technology and control technology,making the AC power supply simpler,simple operation process,high accuracy,safety and reliability.
