With the rapid and efficient development of China's economy,the demand for coldrolled sheets in automobile manufacturing industry and household appliances industry has increased dramatically.As an important process in post-processing of cold-rolled sheets,continuous annealing has the characteristics of high productivity,good quality,short cycle and low cost.It has been widely used in modern iron and steel enterprises.Continuous annealing furnace is the core equipment for strip annealing.It will heat the strip into the furnace at a certain speed to the pre-set process temperature,and then gradually reduce the strip temperature according to the production process requirements,so as to realize the final heat treatment of strip.From the function of continuous annealing furnace,it is necessary to control temperature effectively and accurately.However,through the experience,we can know that temperature is a variable with large lag and time-varying.The traditional PID control effect is not good,so we need to combine some new means to improve the control.Among them,the mathematical model is a good method.Mathematical model is a method of describing objective things in mathematical form.It uses mathematical symbols,equations,charts and programs to describe the principles and phenomena of objective things.At the same time,the model can also predict the future according to existing laws.Through such prediction,the laws of objective phenomena can be summarized and an optimal strategy can be selected.In practical use,the traditional PID control and mathematical model can be organically combined to obtain desired control results.In actual industrial production,control theory and method are dominant,and the hardware and software of control system are the cornerstone.In order to achieve control objectives,the hardware and software components of control system should be analyzed to find the most suitable scheme for control theory and apply theory to practice.This paper will proceed from the actual situation on the spot.Taking the continuous vertical annealing furnace of Baotou Steel's new system cold rolling continuous annealing unit as an example,based on the study of temperature control and familiarity with strip continuous annealing process,the control program of annealing furnace is carefully read,and the aim is to improve the temperature control of annealing furnace.This paper focuses on the components of the temperature monitoring system of continuous annealing furnace and the related principles needed for temperature control.Combining with the problems in industrial production,this paper analyses them from many aspects and puts forward effective solutions.This paper will focus on the following aspects:1.Development and characteristics of continuous annealing unit and annealing furnace heating technology;2.Analyzing and establishing the temperature mathematical model of continuous annealing furnace,combining the mathematical model with PID control theory,using cascade control to control the heating process of annealing furnace;3.Build a continuous annealing furnace temperature control system,complete hardware selection,software programming,and apply the temperature control system to the actual field;...
