Study On Temperature Control System Of Hot Galvanizing Continuous Annealing Furnace

Continuous annealing furnace is the core equipment in strip heat treatment.Its main function is to heat the strip into the furnace to the set process temperature,soaking heat preservation,cooling,and ultimately realize the requirements of strip heat treatment process.In annealing process,the temperature control accuracy in furnace is the most important technical index,which has a direct impact on the properties of strip steel,and is an important factor to ensure the surface quality and shape of strip steel.Therefore,the research on temperature control system of continuous annealing furnace has very important practical significance.Based on the background of Jingtang 2230 continuous annealing furnace project of Shougang,the temperature control system of annealing furnace is designed on the premise of detailed understanding of production process and equipment parameters of production line.Firstly,the research status of annealing furnace temperature control system at home and abroad is described.At the same time,the basic thermal theory of continuous annealing furnace is deduced and calculated in detail,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent scheme design.This paper discusses in detail how to realize the temperature control of continuous annealing furnace by PLC under the platform of Siemens PCS7.Starting with the analysis of the continuous annealing furnace process,this paper introduces in detail the relevant control loops in the temperature control of the continuous annealing furnace,including the design schemes of combustion-supporting air control,gas control and furnace pressure control systems.At the same time,the structure and functions of the system software are described comprehensively.From the operator's point of view,based on WinCC programming software,a more humanized visual control interface is designed for the control software to facilitate real-time understanding of the current state of the system.Finally,the control effect of the designed temperature control system is analyzedby combining the process data collected on the spot,which proves the reliability of the design and achieves the expected goal of the enterprise.
