Industrial big data is the necessary foundation of intelligent manufacturing resources,and its important role.NC machine tool as the main equipment in the field of industry,is one of the important sources of industrial large data,numerical control machine instruction domain data in machine tool machining status real-time monitoring and early warning,product processing,machine tool fault diagnosis quality play a key role in such aspects as analysis and optimization.However,industrial intelligent function of big data applications rely on real-time data,how to efficient data transmission become the focus problem.Due to CNC machine instruction domain data with high sampling frequency,a single small amount of data and the characteristics of the great amount of data,which makes the limited bandwidth and infinite transmission information contradictions increasingly prominent,so the high performance CNC machine instruction domain data compression technology has important practical significance.Data compression technology through the omitted part is not necessary or re dundant,implement transfer and storage in finite strip width,and storage space for more information.In this paper,based on Embedded Zerotree Wavelet Codi ng(Embedded Zero tree Wavelet)algorithm and Huffman encoding(Huffman Coding),the algorithm was designed according to the characteristics of the inst ruction field data,and according to different operation data: shaft actual locatio n data,command the location data,the shaft current data,main axle load pow er data corresponding to the different precision requirements in terms of strateg ic planning and the refinement of algorithm,among them: shaft position to rea lize lossless compression,shaft current,load power to achieve the specified pre cision(shaft current of 1 ma,the shaft power of 0.5 watts)lossy compression.Experiments verify that the design algorithm in different operating conditions,t he effectiveness of different machine tool conditions,and further to simulate ac tual application verification.The experimental results show that the algorithm under certain operation efficiency has a good compression ratio.Finally based on the designed integer zero tree wavelet lossless compression algorithm to realize further extension of the application:according to the charact eristics of the nc machine tools qr code data algorithm optimization;Applying t he idea of remote monitoring is presented.
