In the process of natural gas exploitation,the performance of reciprocating compressor has a great impact on the whole production system.Therefore,before putting into operation,it is necessary to conduct performance experiments on the compressor to obtain the relevant performance parameters.The analysis of the performance parameters and the monitoring of the experimental conditions are of great significance to the improvement of the structure.This paper mainly studies the design of the experimental platform,the development of the test system of the experimental platform,the data analysis of the experimental results,the design of the experimental scheme of the airflow pulsation and the development of the sampling program of the airflow pulsation.The main contents are as follows.(1)The experimental scheme of closed cycle performance of small piston compressor is designed.Based on the experimental scheme of large scale test bench,a small closed cycle experimental scheme is determined according to the actual experimental conditions,which can be used to verify the rationality and feasibility of the closed cycle experimental scheme.Select and calculate the equipment of the experimental system,then build and debug the experimental system.(2)A data acquisition system for small piston compressor is developed.Based on the design of the experimental platform,the data acquisition and testing software of pressure and temperature is designed by using the software of LABVIEW and combining with the PCI-1716 board and ADAM4015 module.(3)Data analysis of compressor performance test results.The leakage of the experimental system under the maximum design pressure of different pipes in the experimental system was calculated by pipe section pressure test method.Then the experiment of throttling and pressure reduction was completed through the experimental scheme of two-stage throttling.The steady operation of the intake and exhaust pressure system was realized,and the heat dissipation capacity of the air cooler and the dynamic characteristics of pressure and temperature during charging process were analyzed.Finally,the rule of performance parameters such as shaft power,exhaust volume,indicating power and volume coefficient changing with inlet pressure is analyzed,which provides demonstration and basis for the scheme of performance test system of large compressor.(4)The experimental scheme of airflow pulsation in small piston compressor is designed.Based on the original compressor performance test platform,buffer tanks and orifice plates of different sizes were installed in the compressor exhaust pipeline to study the suppression of air pulsation by buffer tanks and orifice plates.(5)Development of the test program for the airflow pulsation of small piston compressor.Using PCI-1716 board to collect pulsating pressure,designing an experimental measurement system and a win-win filtering program through the software of LABVIEW,the pulsating pressure can be measured accurately,and the existence of interference signals can be suppressed.
