The current production situation and design of sijiaying iron ore is relatively large,especially the ore grade dilution is relatively serious,design the ore grade is 30.44%,while the actual only around 26.5%,and the magnet ore percentage increase in the overall structure of ore,using existing processes for processing is not conform to the enterprise authors efficiency requirements,the paper research on the current process is optimized,the technical and economic indicators to adapt to the new market requirements,meet the production requirements.A CCTS0503 permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator with a magnetic field strength of 4,000 oe was used to conduct the full-grain wet preliminary test,which can remove the qualified tailings with a yield of 18.72% and a grade of 8.69% in advance.Four cationic collectors were selected for the laboratory test of reverse flotation,and all the indicators of concentrate grade above 68% and metal recovery rate above 80% could be obtained.Under the condition of industrial test,the dosage of S-1 collector was 139.67g/t,and the technical indicators of concentrate grade 69.24% and tailings grade 21.94% could be obtained,with the recovery rate above 90%.The technical indexes of concentrate grade 68.71%,tailing grade 18.40% and recovery rate 95.88% can be obtained with the t-12 dosage of 160.82g/ T.When the single tank in the laboratory was used for cationic reverse flotation of the two magnetic concentrate,the inclusion grade was 53.98%,and the collector dosage was 275g/t,the concentrate grade was more than 68%,but the metal recovery rate was less than 75%,and the tailing needed to be reground and reprocessed.The magnetic floatation column was used for laboratory test.Under the condition of the grade of 54.50% of the secondary magnetic concentrate TFe,the yield was 77.99%,the grade was 67.12%,the metal recovery was 96.05%,and the grade of the final tailings was 9.82% after regrinding.Under the condition of TFe grade of 58.56%,the yield is 83.98%,grade is 66.75%,metal recovery is 95.73% and the final tailings grade is 11.98%.The three magnetic concentrate purification test was carried out by using the panning machine.Under the condition of fixed magnetic field 1100 Oe,circulatory magnetic field 1050 Oe,compensation magnetic field 1050 Oe and rising water amount 1100L/h,the qualified index of concentrate grade 68.40% and recovery rate 95.65% was obtained.Figure27;Table39;Reference43...
