As the world's most populous country,the basic necessities of life of 1.4 billion people in China are inseparable from the production of all walks of life.In recent years,China's industry and agriculture have developed rapidly with the promotion of science and technology,but they inevitably bring various kinds of pollution to the natural environment.So far,environmental pollution has become a problem that can not be ignored.The water pollution caused by the direct discharge of heavy industry and municipal domestic sewage should not be underestimated.Freshwater resources in China are relatively scarce,so how to treat wastewater efficiently and economically has become an urgent problem.In order to better treat sewage,taking Tianjin No.1 Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,this paper comprehensively considers the functional requirements of the sewage treatment system to be developed,integrates the main components of pollutants in sewage and meets the assessment criteria of direct discharge water body,and analyses and designs a set of water pollution suitable for No.1 Sewage Treatment Plant.Processing of the PLC control system.Firstly,this paper introduced the related theory of sewage treatment control system,as well as the technological process of water treatment and the control requirements of the control system.Combed the basic requirements of sewage treatment and summarized the work flow of the control system,the basic hardware facilities and structure of the control system were studied,and the hardware facilities and structure are optimized and improved to realize the rational allocation of resources in the sewage treatment system.Secondly,based on the problems existing in the existing sewage treatment control system,the paper improved and redesigned the control system,redesigned the system database and control interface,which can not only monitored the system in real time,but also promoted the connection and operation of the system.Thirdly,the software of sewage treatment control system was designed,and Win CC configuration software and interface design were analyzed.Through the design of interface and database,the real-time monitoring of the control system was realized.Thirdly,the characteristics of automatic dosing process and the effect of conventional PID control were analyzed.Fuzzy neural algorithm was formed by fusing the two algorithms of fuzzy control and neural network,which make the advantages of the two algorithms complement each other.The automatic regulation system of chemical water flow was designed to improve the reliability of the equipment and save the cost of power plant operation.And through advanced touch screen design,the operation of control system is more convenient.Figure 32;Table 8;Reference 56...
