With the acceleration of urbanization,the emissions of urban sewage are also increasing; With the improvement of living standards, the pollution components of urban sewage are becoming increasingly complex; with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, urban sewage disposal is also become attracts people's more attention. Therefore, the requirements of the city sewage treatment also will raise, intelligence and automation become the key of so the urban sewage treatment technology.In this paper, the West Sea sewage treatment of Jinzhou District of Dalian City as the study background, according to the sewage treatment plants actual situation, select the inverted A2/O sewage treatment process.Combined with the sewage treatment process, developed the inverted A2/O sewage treatment process control system based on PLC and WinCC.Full account of line instrumentation in the control system role in the use of PLC as a controller will be the basis for field bus and Ethernet technology into the wastewater treatment control system, and the development of the IPC+PLC control programs and PROFIBUS fieldbus+Fiber Ethernet Redundant Ring Network Communication Network.Sub-station use ABB's AC500 series PLC to program for the sub-station,according to the various sub-station technical requirements and design principles, Described the basic function of the five sub-stations (coarse grid and fine grid, biochemical pool chlorination, the dehydration workshop) respectively,while each sub-station equipment and instrumentation were summarized statistics, determine the hardware configuration of each sub-station according to the signal points of each sub-station and communication programming requirements.And Developed general principles related to programming accordance with actual situation of this project, thus ensuring the reliability of programming work to carry out, but also has laid a good foundation for the SCADA software development.Developed specific self-control requirements According to the various sub-station equipment and processes requirements, And complete the various stations PLC hardware configuration and configuration communication parameters used CoDeSys programming software, and complete the development and download the self-control procedures as self-control under required to.The system use the advanced monitoring software WinCC developed a SCADA software, including user management and login functionality,real-time monitoring. parameter setting functions,alarm functions,historical data management and query functions, through the monitoring system can monitor and management the overall device, But also make important technical data on File, Enabling the audience sewage treatment monitoring.
