| With the change of the manufacturing environment in China and the development of society,China’s iron and steel industry is rapidly moving towards informatization,automation and intelligence,which puts forward higher requirements for the management of production and operation.With the increasing pace of production,the traditional manual operation stacker-reclaimer mode is inefficient,and the backward production and equipment management mode can not adapt to the current production environment.In this context,the intelligent transformation of stacker-reclaimer is carried out,the production and equipment management mode is changed,and the fully automatic stacker-reclaimer function is realized while reducing the failure rate,which not only improves the efficiency of stacker-reclaimer operation,but also greatly reduces the labor cost.Firstly,the author expounds the trend background of intelligent production of stacker-reclaimer at home and abroad.Taking ZJ iron and steel raw material branch as an example,the author analyzes the reasons for the low efficiency of manual stacker-reclaimer,which can not meet the production needs.It is urgent to improve the operation efficiency of stacker-reclaimer through intelligent production transformation.Combined with the current production situation,the author puts forward relevant intelligent transformation ideas,and realizes intelligent production by combining stacker-reclaimer positioner,3D scanning stacker identification,automatic stacker-reclaimer function and remote control screen;After the completion of intelligent transformation,through the application practice and comparison of results,it can be seen that intelligent production has brought about the improvement of operation efficiency.On the other hand,with the accelerated pace of production,the original management model has also exposed many problems,restricting the smooth progress of production.The author sets about from two aspects of production management and equipment management,focuses on the pain points and weak links of management,and puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme.From the aspect of production management: optimize the shift system of employees,improve the mental state of employees,promote the standardized operation system,standardize the operation behavior of employees,and establish an independent management team to solve difficult problems on site.In terms of TPM management,Implement operation and inspection system to improve the equipment management level of all staff.The new power-off padlock system was adopted to reduce the large amount of waiting time originally wasted in maintenance and tagging.The rationalization suggestion activities promoted the enthusiasm of employees to improve on-site equipment.In terms of management,it also improves the efficiency of stacking and reclaiming operations.After the implementation of the intelligent transformation and optimized management scheme,the production and equipment failure time of the stacker-reclaimer decreased significantly,which improved the machine hour capacity of the intelligent operation of the stacker-reclaimer,and the operation efficiency also improved,thus effectively reducing the production cost of the enterprise and improving the management level and Industry Competitiveness of the enterprise. |
