Coal slurry flotation,as an industrial-scale coal preparation method,occupies an important proportion in wet coal preparation and is the main means of processing finegrain coal below 0.5 mm.In order to sort out the clean coal from a large amount of coal slime and improve the yield of clean coal,the coal preparation plant widely uses the flotation method to sort the slime.Among them,online measurement of key parameters of the flotation process has become the primary factor in improving the automation process of flotation.The soft-measurement model discussed in this paper uses process variables that are easy to measure,based on the mathematical relationship between these easily-measured process variables and the variables to be measured that are difficult to measure directly.The measurement of the process variable to be measured is achieved by mathematical calculations and estimation methods.In terms of concentration detection,a concentration meter based on the infrared light transmission method uses the principle that the degree of attenuation of light passing through the slime water is related to the concentration of the object to be measured,and the desired concentration data is obtained.In the tailings ash measurement,the industrial vision sensor is used to capture the original image of the slime flotation tailings online,and the effect of noise and reflection in the original image is reduced by the filter.The on-line monitoring device for feed concentration and tailings ash has been put into use in Tangshan Coal Preparation Plant.The results show that the detection device has the characteristics of good detection effect,strong adaptability and fast and accurate data analysis.It provides a new way for the concentration and ash detection of flotation production in coal washing plant.Figure 32;Table 7;Reference 41...
