As a renewable biomass energy,straw is abundant in China.The utilization of straw is directly related to the efficient use of the entire ecosystem resources.Related research shows that the chemical composition of straw and wood is very similar,which makes it possible to use straw as a raw material for wood-based panel production.The multi-frequency reciprocating stamping straw board making process is using a flywheel to drive a reciprocating punch and intermittently extruding the adhesive compound straw from the mold into a plate,the production of straw-based panel remain the low compressive strength and internal bonding strength caused by the uneven distributing of raw material.In this paper,a distributing device for straw-based panel production equipment of the process was designed.The device which consisted of opening material device,dispenser and structure of scraper regulating device were designed to realize the uniformity.The main results are as follows:?1?Comprehensive property test analysis of raw materials for straw-based panel with a particle size of 0.7-2 cm after pulverization was carried out.It is concluded that the average moisture content of material is 27.04%.The other test characteristics indicated that the tap density of the material was low and the fluidity was poor,and the porosity is large.It is easy to cause uneven distribution in production.?2?On the basis of the comprehensive property test of the raw materials,combined with the multi-frequency reciprocating pressing equipment of the factory,the key components of material distributing device were designed and completed the solid modeling through Solid Works to further analyze the blanking characteristics of the material for the device.The key components design mainly includes multi-driven sprocket design,stirring tooth design,dispensing roller design,box design,stirring shaft design,motor and frequency converter selection.?3?On the basis of modeling,discrete element analysis was carried out.The analysis mainly analyzes the particles speed,motion trace and material quality uniformity of the material distributing device.The analysis results show that in the process of distributing,material can smoothly through the distribution device and forming a stable area.The speed characteristics and the material quality uniformity meet the work requirements.The analysis further verify the feasibility and rationality of the device.?4?To analyze the main structure and process parameters affecting uniformity,the experiment adopted quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination test and the material quality variation coefficient was used as the quantitative evaluation index of the material quality uniformity,and revolving speed of dispensing shaft,distance of scraper and material moisture content were selected as test factors.The results showed that the optimal combined:revolving speed of dispensing shaft was 24r·min-1,distance of scraper was 3.5mm and material moisture content was 30%.Producing straw-based panel based on the optimized working parameters of the distributing device,the relevant performance is greatly improved compared with before and met the relevant standards of straw-based panel.
