In recent years,straw artificial board is one of the important ways to make rational use of corn stover.At present,there is a common problem in the production due to the uneven mixing of the straw material and the composite adhesive,resulting in problems such as the compressive strength and low internal bonding strength of the artificial board.Therefore,this paper designs a stirring device for composite adhesive and straw material,which realizes uniform mixing of materials through the joint action of stirring shaft,horn comb mixing tooth and fan blade.The main research results obtained in the thesis are as follows:?1?First,the physical properties of the composite adhesive such as pH,viscosity and solid content are determined.Then,the corn stalks after pulverization of the pulverizer are sieved.Obtaining straw material with a particle size interval of 0.7?2cm.Next,the parameters such as bulk density,tap density,angle of repose,dispersion and porosity are measured.The results show that the tap density and dispersion of the straw material are relatively small.The straw material has poor fluidity and a large porosity.Therefore,the stirring device needs to achieve the effect of turning up.?2?Through the measurement and analysis of the parameters of the stirred material,the overall design of the rubber mixing device.Including the design of horn comb mixing teeth,the design of the fan blade,the design of the mixing shaft,the design of the drum,the design of the material of the block and the selection of the motor;Dynamic analysis of the straw material in the drum,Including the force analysis and motion analysis of straw materials,the factors affecting the movement of straw materials are analyzed.?3?Based on the design and analysis of the agitator,the static analysis of key components including the agitator shaft,horn comb-mixing teeth and fan blades is performed.Through the stress analysis diagram,the point with the greatest fatigue stress is obtained,and the solution is adopted to solve the problem.At the same time,the fatigue analysis of the stirring shaft is carried out,and the relationship between the safety factor and the change history is obtained.Simulation of mixing process of composite adhesive and straw material by EDEM analysis software.Through the analysis of the velocity and particle distribution characteristics of the material,it is straightforward to conclude that the key components of the mixing device can make the mixture mix evenly.?4?The optimum tooth profile of the agitating tooth is determined by a single factor test.The mixing uniformity of straw material and composite adhesive is used as the evaluation index.Design of combined response surface method using ternary quadratic regression orthogonal combination test,The effects of stirring shaft speed,stirring tooth spacing and stirring time on uniformity were discussed.The optimum process parameters were optimized and verified.The stirring shaft speed was 133r·min-1,the stirring tooth spacing was 13mm,the mixing time was 287s,and the uniformity was 91%.The results are consistent with the actual situation,at which point mixing uniformity is best.The test results show that the stirring device after optimizing the test parameters can meet the process requirements of straw artificial board pressing.This study can provide theoretical reference and practical basis for the design and improvement of rubber mixing equipment.
