The application of computer-aided engineering(CAE)software for simulation analysis has become one of the most important part in current design process of injection molding process,Using finite analysis method to simulate the entire injection molding process can make the process designers to find and promptly solve the problem,and can improve the efficiency of process research and development,reducing R & D costs to a large extent,However,working with CAE software alone is inefficient in handing large volumes of repetitive CAE analysis and optimization of forming process parameters,and manual processing of large amount of data is prone to mistakes.So,CAE integrated system came into being and becoming an important direction for the development of CAE technology.For injection molding process,a finite element analysis of project process management and injection molding process parameters optimization integration System was developed on Visual Studio by using SQL Server database,MOLDFLOW Synergy API and Scikit-learn tools.The conclusion is listed as follow.First,based on the relational database,the user information management and project flow management functional modules have been developed,and realized the centralized management of user information,user rights and engineering projects.Second,developed the CAE analysis orthogonal test design program to solve a large number of repetitive CAE analysis,Design orthogonal test and drive MOLDFLOW to analysis with the use of MOLDFLOW Synergy API,then extract the analysis result data and analysis the data,using range analysis and variance analysis to optimize the combination of parameters.Finally,the process parameters optimization program was developed,based on the data of previous orthogonal test,establish a regression model by the using of scikit-learn tools,compare the results of several regression method and take the best one: Polynomial ridge regression with a penalty of 2,then search the global optimal solution with the improved simulated annealing algorithm that was improved based on data features,compare the result and that of Isight to verified the accuracy and validity of the process parameters optimization program.
