With the widely using of the information automation technology in the industrial field,the automated monitoring systems are more and more applied to the natural gas transmission and distribution production process.Compared with the traditional meter monitoring and manual operation of the field equipment,automated natural gas transmission and distribution network monitoring systems contain many new technical features: such as real-time data collection and remote control,displaying the alarm of data overrun and equipment failure,archiving data collection and communication with other systems.Based on the actual needs of the field,this thesis combs the principle,technology and development status of natural gas transmission and distribution network monitoring systems,and compares the gap between domestic and foreign technology.Combined with the demand of natural gas transmission and distribution network in S province,this thesis discusses the solution of establishing natural gas transmission and distribution monitoring system by using SCADA technology.Based on the equipment of the natural gas transmission station,the design of the hardware platform of the control system is discussed,and the control logic of the control system is redesigned and optimized.By combining the hardware and software of the central control level and the station control level,the redundancy Architecture,real-time alarm,etc.is realizged to ensure the safety,reliability and stability of natural gas transmission and distribution systems.In order to solve the problem of communication data acquisition,serial communication,control logic real-time and reliability in the process of project implementation,this thesis gives the corresponding solution leading to good results.Based on the normal PID regulation,the design and the control improvement for adjusting the natural gas flow and pressure are conducted,combining the characteristics and the real situation of the control object and the actuator.With the combination of the controller and the cascade control,the problem of regulating the downstream and pressure in the natural gas transmission and distribution system are well solved,so as to be able to stabilize the downstream flow and pressure quickly and also increase the life of electric actuators for adjusting the pressure.The purpose of this thiese is to discuss how to design and improve a provincial natural gas transmission and distribution system by combining the actual project requirements.The results of the thesis could give a reference for the research and implementation of the related monitoring system for the similar natural gas transmission and distribution.
