In modern society,electric energy has become one of the most important energy.Since electric energy is one of the core energy,the requirement of its power quality in tobacco manufacturers is becoming higher and higher.This subject makes a research of the monitoring system design of power distribution and implementation plan in the relocation project of Baoding Cigarette Factory,and mainly conducts the design of the monitoring system of all power distribution equipments,including high-voltage board of all the transformer room in the factory,low-voltage board,reactive power compensator,DC panel,active filter tank,transformers and on-load voltage regulating device and so on.In addition,it manages to obtain the collection of related data,statistical analysis and early warning of abnormal situation,and achieves the automatic control system,taking measurement,control,management and calculating as an integration.This thesis consists of five chapters,and the first one describes the research background and significance of power distribution monitoring system,analyzes the development situation at home and abroad,and expounds the main research content.In the second chapter,it adopts open and hierarchically distributed network structure and Ethernet communication network,building up the supply and distribution automation system hardware structure of technology reconstruction project of Baoding Cigarette.The whole system consists of station level,communication control level and equipment bay level.The comprehensive data monitoring is achieved,and the information isolated island of traditional industrial production,management and control is eliminated.By the use of software architecture of SCADA monitoring software and Proficy Historian software,the functions of acquisition,reading,analyzing,reporting of data in each stage are all achieved.In the third chapter,the automation system data acquisition mainly adopts the automatic way of data acquisition equipment(communication method,IO method)and way of manual entry,using communication interface functions of other intelligent devices in the system and intelligent devices providing an open standard communication interface and communication agreement,coordinating communication integration of the automation system,in order to realize the whole distance monitoring of the implementation system.Through the three ways of the SCADA direct read,data acquisition Gateway(Gateway)and PLC,the problem of data acquisition interface can be solved.In the fourth chapter,taking the reasonable equipment selection as a foundation for the hardware and software,using Ethernet as technical transformation projects of backbone network technology of supply and distribution automation system,and adopting supplying and transformer room as the basic nodes and the rate of 100 MBPS optical fiber as medium of monocyclic vessel network,each node branch uses the star-shaped network structure to link to all information point or workstation.Besides,by the use of hybrid network structure,it solves not only the key part of industrial network with high reliability,but also the requirements of connectivity among workstation,terminal desktop computer and quick computer network.In the fifth chapter,it summarizes the function and solution of supply and distribution automation system implementation for the relocation project of Baoding Cigarettes Factory,and analyzes the shortcomings in the system and the problems needed to be improved.
