As a major source of fossil energy in China,the power industry accounts for a large proportion of coal fuel demand and carbon dioxide emissions in all industries.The large amount of carbon dioxide emissions will lead to the greenhouse effect and the continuous rise of sea level.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of carbon emission in China's power industry to promote energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental improvement.This paper studies the related literature and theories,and analyzes the carbon emission status of China's power industry.Using the power of our country comprehensive combing,the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction work to extract the relevant index as the influencing factors of electric power industry in our country carbon emissions change,using the data envelopment analysis method to the coefficient of carbon emissions and fuel consumption of energy structure,the conversion efficiency,power structure,the proportion of electricity,electricity consumption intensity and to study the influence factors such as GDP.Based on the relevant data of the power industry from 2006 to 2016,the contribution rate of 30 provinces and cities to the change of carbon emission of the power industry is analyzed,and the contribution rate of each influencing factor efficiency is studied in detail at the provincial level.The results show that the increase of power consumption intensity from 2006 to 2016 is a crucial factor for the increase of carbon emission in China's power industry.Other factors,in order of importance,are GDP,conversion efficiency,power structure and electricity generation ratio,and fuel consumption structure.This paper makes a detailed study on the carbon emission efficiency of China's power industry.Using DEA model to measure the China's 30 provinces in 2007-2016 carbon efficiency,as a provincial carbon efficiency panel database,the province according to the clean energy power of 30 provinces and regions than be divided into low carbon energy area and the high carbon energy area,introducing Tobit random effects model,from energy cleanliness,coal-fired efficiency,technology progress and economic scale,industrialization level,the density of population,urbanization level seven dimensions such as the large carbon efficiency are analyzed.The results show that the carbon emission efficiency is significantly affected by all the factors except technological progress in the low-carbon power generation area,while only the energy cleanliness,coal burning efficiency,technological progress and industrial structure are significantly correlated with the carbon emission efficiency in the highcarbon power generation area.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward four policy Suggestions for carbon emission reduction in China's power industry.
