The construction industry is the pillar industry of Liaoning Province.Its rapid development also brings many environmental problems.Especially in the last 10 years,the problem of high carbon emission in construction industry has been widely concerned by the society.It is of great significance to identify the key factors that affect the carbon emission of the construction industry,and put forward countermeasures for the key factors,reduce the emission of greenhouse gases,and realize the green and sustainable development of the construction industry in Liaoning Province.First of all,comparative analysis of the existing carbon emission measurement methods and influencing factors research methods,to determine the measurement methods and influencing factors research methods applicable to the study of carbon emissions in Liaoning construction industry;and then elaborated the concepts related to carbon emissions in construction industry,to provide theoretical basis for the follow-up research.Next,the development status and carbon emissions of Liaoning construction industry are analyzed.It is found that the scale of Liaoning construction industry has been rising steadily from 2003 to 2017,and then there is a cliff like decline.However,in the past two years,the construction industry has resumed its rapid development.In addition,this paper uses the emission coefficient method and input-output method to measure the carbon emissions of Liaoning construction industry from 2003 to 2017.The calculation results show that indirect carbon emissions are an important part of the carbon emissions of construction industry.Secondly,after analyzing the existing literature and referring to the research results of other scholars,combined with on-the-spot investigation and other methods,the influencing factors of carbon emission in Liaoning construction industry are preliminarily selected,and the influencing factors applicable to Liaoning construction industry are determined based on the principle of factor index selection.Then,LMDI decomposition model is used to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emission in Liaoning construction industry.The results show that the negative factors that cause the growth of carbon emission in construction industry include industrial scale,indirect carbon emission and carbon emission intensity.The positive factors that promote the reduction of carbon emission in construction industry include energy efficiency,energy structure,industrial structure and other factors,including industrial scale effect and energy The source efficiency effect is the key factor to affect the carbon emission of construction industry in Liaoning Province.On this basis,the influencing factors are analyzed independently and in different periods.Finally,based on the results of the previous study,this paper puts forward some pertinent suggestions for accelerating the development of building carbon emission reduction in Liaoning Province from five aspects:building development technology innovation,optimizing energy structure,existing building energy-saving transformation,relevant policies and strengthening publicity.
