Solution For Manure Handling And Resource Utilization Of Scaled Dairy Farm

The demand of dairy and meet is increasing in recent years with the development of living standard.The scale of breeding farm is also increasing with the exploring of variety kinds of breeding mode.However,some breeding farm haven't achieve zero emission,high energy efficiency manure handling system because of farmers' lack of environment protection conception,and the difficulty and the high costing of production handling.Through accessing to literature and research of breeding company and analyzing the breeding manure handling technology,mainly researches the aerobic fermentation waste treatment technology and resource utilization based on the bedding recycle system,then based on the actual project analyzed the development meaning of this manure handling method.The research results obtained in the thesis are as follows:(1)After accessing to literature about scaled breeding manure handling and equipment at home and abroad,sums up the manure handling mode and development condition,analyzes the manure handling technology weakness and future development direction.(2)The manure handling system based on the padding system was designed based on aerobic fermentation.Through analyzing the feasibility and advantage of making bedding from fresh cow manure,and mainly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of this method.Also compares the advantages and disadvantages of directly usage after solid-liquid separation,anaerobic fermentation and aerobic fermentation manure handling mode mainly on structural cost processing efficiency and processing complexity and energy usage efficiency and so on.(3)Describes the working principle and process of BRU system,and completes the hardware selection of manure handling system.Conducts the performance comparison and calculation selection for BRU system and solid-liquid separator,liquid transporting pump,sub-water mixer and liquid fertilizer.(4)Taking the 3,000 dairy farm treatment project of Tianjin Shenchi Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this paper conducts solution designing,building structure designing,equipment selection,economic and environmental benefit analysis.Research results show that the manure handling system based on BRU system is meaningful for the development of scaled cow breeding manure handling,and is expected to be widely popularized.
