With the rapid economic development of the country since the reform and opening up,the environmental problems brought by it have become increasingly serious.Air pollution has become an unavoidable problem in our daily life.There will be a lot of smoke and dust in industrial processing workshops,which will not only pollute the environment but also endanger the health of workers if not properly managed.Dust collector is the primary treatment of industrial dust,industrial fumes to complete the first step purification.In this paper,based on the actual use of dust collector environment and the monitoring and control of dust source equipment,a set of intelligent control system for dust collector based on the Internet of things is designed.By monitoring the distribution of dust source equipment,the overall monitoring and control of the entire industrial processing workshop is completed,and the intelligent layout of the workshop is completed.The dust collector intelligent control system designed in this paper is based on the host controller,slave controller,remote controller,touch screen or OLED screen.Through the wireless communication between the host controller and the slave controller,the remote controller,and the serial communication between the host controller and the touch screen or the OLED screen,the dust collector intelligent control system achieves the dust collector operating condition monitoring,display,and control.The dust collector intelligent control system designed in this paper completes the configuration of the wireless network communication parameters of the host controller,the slave controller and the remote control,through the allocation of the parameters of the dialing switch,and realizes the network communication between the components of the system conveniently in the absence of human-machine interaction application.
