The bag-type dust collector is an important dust-removing device.It can use filter bags to filter dusty exhaust gas generated in industrial production to ensure that the gas discharged into the atmosphere meets environmental requirements.In recent years,China has stepped up its efforts in environmental protection and governance.The times have now put forward new requirements for the treatment of atmospheric emissions.The traditional bag filter has been unable to meet the needs of the times.Therefore,this paper designs and implements an economical,flexible,remote monitoring,integrated intelligent control algorithm bag filter system.This article first introduces the current status of the bag filter at home and abroad,and describes the dust removal principle of the bag filter.On the basis of the traditional bag filter,the design of the remote bag filter intelligent control system is proposed.Solution: The system is composed of an intelligent controller,a pulse meter and a host computer.The control core of the intelligent controller is the STM32F4 series MCU,including the air pressure detection module,power detection module,and the control core of the induced draft fan are the control module,Bluetooth communication module and GPRS Communication module,etc.;the control core of the pulse instrument is STC15W4 series single-chip microcomputer,including high-precision encoder module and pulse output module.Its working principle is: the intelligent controller uses the air pressure detection module to detect the air pressure of the air outlet and air inlet of the bag type dust collector to control the speed of the induced draft fan and the pulse spray cleaning.The upper computer realizes remote control and monitoring through the GPRS communication module and the intelligent controller,and can modify the control parameters through the Bluetooth communication module to achieve close-range wireless control.This paper introduces the design concept and design ideas of the intelligent control system of the remote bag filter,completes the hardware design and software design of the system,and builds the experimental platform for joint debugging.The intelligent control system of the remote bag filter has the following innovations: 1.The design concept of energy saving and emission reduction is adopted,and the speed control of the induced draft fan changes according to the air pressure of the air inlet;2.The use of GPRS communication module allows remote monitoring and control;3.Using the Bluetooth communication module,the control parameters can be modified wirelessly in the field at close range,which is more convenient to use.4.This system introduces an intelligent control algorithm,pulse spray cleaning is more scientific and reasonable,improves the service life of the bag and dust removal effect,and reduces costs.
