In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted ultra-low emission of WFGD.Ultra-low emission reduction reduces the emission of pollutants,but also greatly increases the energy consumption and material consumption of WFGD.It is very important to study the operation mode optimization of WFGD system for energy saving and emission reduction of power plants.In this paper,the WFGD system of a 660 MW coal-fired unit is taken as the research object.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,the operation process of desulfurization process is introduced.The influence of operating parameters on desulfurization efficiency in desulfurization system is analyzed.Secondly,the material balance model of desulfurization system is established according to the desulfurization process and p Hysical and chemical reaction in desulfurization tower.The mechanism of desulp Hurization system is discussed.The theoretical calculation method of operating parameters of desulfurization system is given.Moreover,the prior knowledge of the material balance model is integrated into the network training process.The characteristic model of desulfurization system based on prior experience of material balance is established.The model has high precision and its characteristics are consistent with the actual mechanism.Then,through the analysis of the operation principle of the WFGD system equipment and the correlation between the equipment,a WFGD system operation optimization strategy is proposed.Finally,the software of on-line performance monitoring and operation optimization of desulfurization system is developed.
