The iron and steel industry is a major energy consumer,accounting for 10%-11%of our country's total energy consumption,and blast furnace ironmaking accounts for about 70%of the energy consumption in the industry.Therefore,it is very important to make full use of the energy and reduce energy consumption of blast furnace ironmaking.For the ironmaking industry,energy saving and consumption reduction can not only reduce production costs,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,but also reduce environmental pollution and achieve sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately calculate the blast furnace material and heat balance to improve the efficiency of material and energy utilization.Take Ma Steel 4000~3 grade blast furnace as the research object,collect,calculate and calibrate the quantity,composition and main index parameters of the incoming and outgoing charge;establish practical blast furnace material balance,total furnace heat balance,regional heat balance and collaborative variation model of multi-parameter changes.In the heat balance model,developed a specific heat capacity calculation module,it can changes with temperature and composition,makes the validity and accuracy of the calculation results.Based on the mathematical model,a universal software that can be run and modified on the network has been successfully developed.The software adopts the browsing mode of B/S structure.The front-end uses Easy UI as the basic framework,and the web page construction route is based on the HTML language,cooperates with the Java Script scripting language,and uses CSS styles for page layout.The middle layer uses PHP as the programming language.Select My SQL as the database of this software.The software can realize the online network operation of various models.After being authorized by the local area network,the former technical and engineering management personnel can modify the corresponding parameters,predict the operation trend of the furnace condition and put forward the opinions or suggestions on the adjustment of the blast furnace operation.According to the operating parameters and statistical data of blast furnace A in different periods,the relevant calculations of material balance and heat balance are carried out,and the following results are obtained:In terms of material balance,the furnace material balance error rate is within 1%,indicating that the calculation results are accurate and reasonable;the average theoretical slag amount is 288.6kg/t,and the slag amount is too large.The proportion of high-quality pellets should be further increased to reduce the slag ratio;r_d is 0.444,and there is room for further reduction.In terms of heat balance,the total furnace heat loss(method 1)is 0.441 GJ/t,and the heat loss accounts for 4.47%of the total heat income of the blast furnace;the high temperature zone loss is 0.280 GJ/t,and the heat loss accounts for 4.93%of the high temperature zone heat income;The carbon utilization rate and energy utilization rate are 63.7%and 89.7%,respectively,and the utilization of chemical energy and thermal energy may be further improved.In addition,the actual coke ratio of furnace A was 361.5kg/t,and the theoretical and the lowest coke ratio were calculated to be 355.1kg/t and 343.6kg/t,respectively.The working efficiency of the furnace body was 95.3%,which means that the blast furnace has basically realized efficient smelting,but the coke ratio still has the potential to reduce;In addition,find out the influence of different factors on the focus ratio through the method of seeking partial derivatives,and provide guidance for the blast furnace to further reduce the coke ratio.
