U-tube flue is a new type of flue gas guiding and dust removing technology which is mainly used in tamping coke oven,and it does not need to build dust removing station.In addition,it can not only remove dust,but also recover waste gas to save energy.Smoke guide vehicle is the core equipment of U-tube smoke guide technology,which is mainly produced and used in China.At present,the smoke guide van,with running mechanism as its main moving part,is lack of corresponding scientific research and exploration.Therefore,the purpose of the paper is to develop corresponding theory and numerical simulation research for the running mechanism,and it has practical significance for engineering application of smoke guide vehicle.Firstly,the theoretical calculation is carried out of a running mechanism in the paper,and the connection between wheel balancing frame and trolley is also improved,the design and calculation of the spring is also completed.Through theoretical calculation and structural design,the paper gets the physical model of the running mechanism,it is the foundation of subsequent model establishment and simulation analysis.Secondly,the multi-rigid-body dynamic model of the smoke guide vehicle is established by Adams,which is ready to dynamic simulation of the system.Then,the paper uses the finite element method,according to the force situation of dynamic simulation,to carry out static structural analysis for the key components of running mechanism.The stress and strain of the whole position,the maximum stress and stress concentration area,and the maximum strain and the location are obtained through calculation.The result shows that the design of running mechanism is reliable,and it can provide a reference for subsequent optimization design.Finally,ADAMS analysis is used in the paper to study the multi-rigid-body dynamic simulation analysis of two different forms,which are rigid connection and spring connection.It can get the distribution of wheel pressure,movement state of supporting point of carriage frame,force state of spring,movement with force state of connecting beam,and the movement with force law of the running mechanism when it passes through the sinking track.Through comparison and analysis,it is concluded that when the smoke guide vehicle is running through the sinking orbit,the spring structure can play a good cushioning role.
