In all kinds of drilling platforms and other types of platforms for offshore oil development,the jack up offshore drilling platform is suitable for shallow sea areas,and plays a great role in the development of offshore drilling,especially offshore offshore oil development.With the decreasing of the land oil resources and the increase of oil demand,the rich marine oil resources have become the main goal of the future development.Therefore,the construction and development of the offshore drilling platform have become an inevitable trend with the development of marine oil and gas exploration and development.The jack up drilling platform locking device can protect the lifting system,improve the use safety and operation ability of the platform,and is an important part of the platform.For the locking device in the jack up platform,the development of foreign technology is very mature.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of localization of national offshore engineering equipment,it is urgent to develop a locking device with independent intellectual property rights.The locking device consists mainly of the hydraulic device and the reset device,and the hydraulic system is the power element and the actuating device of the locking device.Therefore,the principle design of the hydraulic system and the compatibility with the equipment structure determine the efficiency and performance of the locking device,and the main problem of hydraulic system design is whether it matches the equipment structure.In this paper,the composition of the locking device for the jack up offshore drilling platform was discussed.Then,according to the design of the platform,the working environment conditions,and the requirements of the system performance of the towing wind speed and the towing condition,the hydraulic system and electronic control device of the locking device were designed and completed,and the hydraulic system was designed as a driving device.The schematic diagram was made,and the principle and function of the system were described.The design of the hydraulic system of the locking device mainly adopts the control of pump and valve,synchronous movement and sequential action of hydraulic cylinders were realized by synchronous circuit and sequential action loop of sequence valve.In addition,the electronic control device of the locking device is designed in this paper.The locking device was controlled the hydraulic pump station by the electronic control device to provide power for the locking unit of the pile leg,and the screw device was controlled by the hydraulic valve platform to control the locking and loosening of the locking gear.Theapplication process and points for attention of the electronic control device were described in detail.Finally,the practical test of locking device in TZ400-1 drilling platform was carried out.The service condition and performance of the hydraulic system and its electrical control system were fully verified,and various problems in the test were statistically and practically solved.In the test,it is found that the design of the hydraulic system and the electrical control system were all perfect,and the safety pressure protection,the reliability and stability of the system were mainly involved.All of these were verified by actual use,which also accumulated experience and foundation for the design of the new platform locking system.At the same time,the whole process from the design to the use of the hydraulic system was also provided a factual basis for localization of some components in the hydraulic system.After the fact,the hydraulic valve used in this hydraulic system can be replaced completely,and the effect is the same and reliable.
