Research on construction technology of jack-up drilling platform form a key component of drilling platform is very complex, both at home and abroad, lifting and locking mechanism is mainly composed of a foreign design company a monopoly, but the design of the measurement precision and degree of automation are inadequate, can not meet the needs of the rapid development of application technology of lifting and locking mechanism. Therefore, this study, the rate is of great practical significance to further improve the localization of China’s high-end marine engineering equipment key equipment.Status of the key equipment are domestic jack up drilling platform in the process of development is to carry out self lifting based on key parts of drilling platform construction technology research work, in order to key parts of lifting and locking mechanism of the development process, to carry out technical breakthrough, the key equipment of independent development.Firstly, research and analysis of the lifting, locking structure, CP300 platform based on the research object, the selection of lifting, locking device.Research and design of lifting system, and for each leg under different load conditions, any wind load under the condition of variable load, self weight and wind load in any direction under the common action of the stress analysis. The use of ANSYS software for finite element analysis of the gear rack lifting system, lifting gear to get the maximum stress ratio is less than the yield limit and the factor of safety, meet the design requirements.Research and design of the locking mechanism in different conditions, stress analysis of load distribution, locking rack, the data structure of locking device, to meet the design requirements.Through the research on the construction technology of jack up drilling platform key components, in order to complete the lifting, locking mechanism design to Bohai equipment independent application as the goal.
