Energy has been the driving force for the development of the human society,from the early coal to oil,it is the development of energy,to the progress of human society.Oil,through processing and refining,can produce gasoline,diesel,kerosene and other chemical products,such as cars,planes,all kinds of weapons and equipment.Therefore,countries in the world to strengthen the exploitation of oil,because of oil on land has gradually reduce,in recent years,the oil into the ocean development step by step.And in the development of oil in a vast sea,the traditional land rig already can not adapt to such work environment,therefore,a new type of oil drilling equipment arises at the historic moment,it is--jack-up drilling platform.Especially in recent years,the domestic many large companies are investing in Marine engineering equipment manufacturing,Shanghai zhenhua group,sany group,taiyuan heavy industry group,etc are set up his own Marine base.However,due to the limitations of early development technologies,the platform's key components are mainly imported.The lock device is an important part of the drilling platform and is the key to guarantee the safety and reliability of the platform.At present,the domestic sea industry enterprise's locking device is generally imported,and the only one in the country is the production capacity.Therefore,it is an important research subject to develop a lock device that owns the intellectual property and reduce the dependence on foreign countries.In this paper,on the bohai equipment liaohe heavy industry co.,LTD.,300 feet jack-up drilling platform,on the basis of the construction of the large data,designed and developed a kind of locking device,to replace the imports.First,the principle and main structure of the self-elevating drilling platform are introduced.Because the connection between the lifting device and the lock device is strong,a brief introduction to the rig's hoisting device is introduced.Next,the complete analysis is carried out from the three components of mechanical,electrical and hydraulic parts of the lock device.Study the principle of locking device,analyze the process of dynamic transfer of platform load,and design the form of screw drive.In this paper,the load calculation and stress analysis of the rack plate of the clamping device are emphasized,and the factors affecting the force inequality of the rack plate are found,and the improvement is made.A finite element analysis is carried out for the main bearing unit of the clamping device to verify the selected material.Finally,the strength analysis of the test bed of the lock device was analyzed,and the material was designed.The design and analysis of the lock device were completed,and the self-development of the lock device was realized.
