Oil vapor pollutant discharge of gas station is always a concern,in order to achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection,in recent years China has introduced the implementation plan related to oil vapor recovery management of gas station.The purpose of Gas station oil vapor recovery and transformation is to reduce oil vapor emissions in the gas station in the process of oil vapor discharging.The successful implementation of the project can not only save resources,realize the low-carbon strategy of national initiatives,but also can improve the environment,air quality,protect the oil station staff's physical and mental health.S company is a professional construction enterprise to undertake piping and equipment installation engineering for the gas station.The risk management of oil vapor recovery project is still in the initial stage,the weak consciousness,imperfection of risk management system,the lack of ability to control risk make the project risk management in a more extensive stage.According to the combination of theoretical and practical ideas,with the basic concepts of risk management as a guide,according to my situation in the actual work of the enterprise,this paper uses S enterprise in oil vapor recovery project as the research object,analyzing the project risk management of the current problems in the construction aspect,and on the basis of the core theory and method of the risk management of the project,identified and evaluated the risk of the project,combined with the actual situation of S enterprise to formulate control measures of risk prevention and treatment scheme.The main tool of the method used in this paper: the use of the identification of risk factors of the project implementation phase of Delphi method,using the analytic hierarchy process and by means of the quantitative analysis of the risk identification of yaahp software,and then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the project risk analysis,finally obtained the comprehensive evaluation results of the general risk level of project.And according to the risk assessment results,the specific measures for the project risk management are putting forward.Through the analysis of science,system of S enterprise risk management of oil vapor recovery project,the results of my research are applied to the actual work,hoping to make some effect on the risk control of the project objectives,to provide some reference for the continuous improvement of risk management of the project.
